1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift items up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
