Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to optimize warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
