1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting inventory counts. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of merchandise.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures in a warehouse setting.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
