1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Workers to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your responsibilities include selecting and relocating stock efficiently, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements and product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work independently and within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and collaborative competencies.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Prepare merchandise for deliveries.
• Engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting, and carrying.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
