2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, relocating merchandise, sorting, loading, and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, cooperating with peers and leadership, and providing input to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership
• Provide input to improve processes
• Inspect product quality and safety
• Operate equipment safely

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Acts conscientiously and collaborates with team
• Demonstrates positive attitude and resilience
• Drives for success and organizes with efficiency
• Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and reach
• Operate powered industrial equipment
