2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety, suggesting improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate with the team.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks in line with company standards.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying.
