We are hiring a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance, and participating in inventory counts. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently fulfill store orders by selecting and receiving incoming stock.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for efficient preparation and delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and product quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
