Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, handling, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment efficiently.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to enhance processes.
• Inspect product quality and communicate safety or sanitation issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for optimal performance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns to management.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 for employment.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and operate equipment as required.
