2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is currently looking to hire a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
