2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, reporting concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and goal-oriented behavior.
• Efficiently organize tasks and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies, perform basic arithmetic, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in variable temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
