2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
