Job Description
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
- Independently perform assigned tasks within the delegated area of responsibility.
- Assist warehouse management in achieving goals.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
- Execute duties following company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the ergonomic program and safety guidelines adherence.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

- Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
