Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
  • Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse appearance and safety.
  • Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
  • Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
  • Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
  • Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
  • Independently perform assigned tasks within the delegated area of responsibility.
  • Assist warehouse management in achieving goals.
  • Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
  • Execute duties following company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the ergonomic program and safety guidelines adherence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry items.
  • Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
