2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve warehouse goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
