Job Description

Join ALDI as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to contribute to our warehouse operations ensuring seamless product handling and delivery to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and starts at $25.75 per hour. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and achieve budgeted goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, teamwork, and resilience.
• Adhere to ALDI's policies and procedures efficiently and effectively.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
• Execute warehouse duties with precision and safety.
