Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. This role involves efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse associates work fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs ensure success in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and cooperation with peers.
• Provide input for process improvements and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
