2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a part-time associate, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. A comprehensive training and safety program will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Manage merchandise relocation according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
