2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi

Position Type: Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise and prepares for shipment.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise strategically.
• Performs general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input to improve processes and inspects product quality.
• Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assists management in achieving goals and follows procedures.
• Operates equipment safely and reports issues.
• Follows ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment.
