Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect and maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Operate equipment in adherence to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities in different temperature environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
