2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This position offers competitive wages and benefits. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to achieve operational goals and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and communicate with warehouse management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
