Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Your responsibilities will include moving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
