2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Package Handler, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
