2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
