2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. As a critical part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock inventory, organizing merchandise, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and conscientiously.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and physical conditions.
