Job Description - 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently stocking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
