2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a key role in receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The position involves physical tasks like lifting and moving products, as well as collaborating effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Clean warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and within company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
