2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI. As a vital part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for stocking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaboration, and resilience.
• Efficiently organize tasks and execute responsibilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and settings.
