2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery to our stores. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry objects.
