2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock and fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
