Job Description

Join Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker, where you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores for our customers. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $25.75 per hour and involves working fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments. As a Warehouse Stocker, you'll be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, cleaning the warehouse, and collaborating with peers to achieve warehouse goals. Your role will also involve contributing to process improvements, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive stock for store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Clean the warehouse and maintain appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contribute to process improvements and budget goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
