2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality goods. Our dedicated warehouse teams work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training for success. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products, communicate product quality and safety concerns, and assist management.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Job Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and work in varying temperatures.
