2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join ALDI as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker and be part of our efficient warehouse operations that ensure products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of less than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Assist in improving warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
