2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
