2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. You will be responsible for accurately fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and communicate any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, and working in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
