2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring orders are prepared for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaboration skills.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
