2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise strategically.
• Performs general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperates and interacts effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provides input to improve processes.
• Inspects product quality and safety.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follows ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Notifies management of issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates, demonstrates positivity, drives for success, and organizes efficiently.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and place product up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
