2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for continuous process improvement.
• Inspect product for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare products for deliveries.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
