2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As part of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders and maintaining the warehouse's appearance and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously, collaborate within a team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently handle merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
