2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shift:

2nd Shift starting at 3:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products and report quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Perform efficiently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, etc., throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment safely.
