2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties such as receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety issues.
• Perform all tasks accurately, following company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
