2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM start time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborates effectively with peers and management.
• Provides input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Performs tasks accurately and within company procedures.
• Operates equipment safely and reports issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
