Job Description

Join the Aldi team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member in our fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment. As a crucial part of our operations, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Position Type

Part-Time, averaging fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
