2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. In this part-time role, you will play a critical part in the efficient handling of products, ensuring timely delivery to our stores. With a starting wage of $25.75 per hour, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Contribute to process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
