2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, dependent on shift and schedule differentials. The 2nd Shift begins at 3:00 PM, and various schedules are available to suit different preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks, follow company policies and procedures, and work well within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk, working in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
