Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.
- Act independently within delegated responsibilities and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
