2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking to add a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipment trucks strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Independently perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines for equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious work ethic and collaboration with team members.
• Adaptable to challenges and changes with a positive attitude.
• Driven to achieve success by delivering excellent performance.
• Efficient organizer with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Frequent movement and varying work temperatures.
