2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient and effective fulfillment of store orders. This position offers a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, along with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for dispatch and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and workflow.
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, identify safety concerns, and assist in budget goal achievement.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse ergonomic and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrated ability to act conscientiously, collaborate with colleagues, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
