2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our warehouse employees play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
