2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to overall warehouse productivity.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
