2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Efficient organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
