2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
